How do you give medal and fan???

Well when someone has answered a question all the way to the right should be a button for the medal

To fan just scroll over someone's name, a bubble box thing will appear in the right bottom corner should be the button to Fan! hope this helps!!

The button for the medal says best response. You click that and it gives a medal.
