A triangle is graphed in the coordinate plane. The vertices of the triangle have coordinates (–3, 1), (1, 1), and (1, –2). What is the perimeter of the triangle? A.7 B.12 C.6 D.14

do you know the distance formula? to find the distance between 2 points...simply use it to find the distances between the three points and add those three distances together... distance formula distance = \[\sqrt{(x _{1}-x _{2})^{2}+(y _{2}-y _{1})^{2}}\] the following link may be helpful... http://www.purplemath.com/modules/distform.htm
