A triangle is graphed in the coordinate plane. The vertices of the triangle have coordinates (–3, 3), (5, 3), and (5, –3). What is the perimeter of the triangle? A.22 B.24 C.28 D.30

This is supposed to be a test, please answer the questions by yourself. OpenStudy is where you are supposed to LEARN, and not a place where you get free answers. For this question, I suggest you to draw the triangle out on a quad paper and patiently think about how you can solve it.Perimeter is equal to the sum of all the lengths. For instance, |dw:1401224280569:dw| The perimeter of this triangle is a+b+c.

I would draw the triangle on a graph with the points and count the boxes. That's what I've always done and it seems to work unless the teacher has added a unit of measurement. Which in your case it looks like they haven't so my plan might work out. If anyone smarter comes along with a more logical answer listen to them instead of me! My way is kind of the cheater way and we want you to learn! :D
