I do believe C would be incorrect...the triangle inequality theorem would state the length of any 2 sides must be greater than the length of the third

So if we were to check an option (say B) B = 9 lets check the 3 rules: A + B > C A + C > B B + C > A lets check... let A = 18 and C = 9 18 + 9 > 9 yes 18 + 9 > 9 yes again 9 + 9 > 18 not quite...it is equal to 18 not greater than So B would be your answer here
