The graph of f(x) = x2 has been shifted into the form f(x) = (x - h)2 + k. What is the value of h?

i am not having luck getting it to copy but it is a parabola opening upward with the point (-2, -5) at the very bottom of the parabola

watch:
If something is added inside the parenthesis: it's horizontal
If something is added outside the parenthesis: it's vertical.
Positive for up/right
Negative for down/left
Just remember this and u're good
