I know this is probably really simple. I just cant figure how I would solve for it. Help is greatly appreciated!! Question Use a calculator to find the degree measure of an acute angle whose trig. function is given.. sin t = .45

you need to isolate t so you need to get rid of that sin on the left side you do this by applying the arcsine function to both sides

sin(t) = 0.45 arcsin( sin(t) ) = arcsin( 0.45 ) t = ???

on some calculators, you'll see \(\Large sin^{-1}\) instead of arcsin
