A parabola has a line of symmetry x = -5. The minimum value of the quadratic function that it represents is -7. Find a possible equation of this parabola and explain how you found it.

I got a part of the question.... Since x=-5 is the line of symmetry...the parabola is of the type x^2=4ay The equation with the given line of symmetry is (x+5)^2=4ay After this...we need to apply the second condition...that isthe quadratic equation minimum value is -7...I have no idea about how to go ahead...
