A deck of 14 cards is labeled 1 through 14. What is the probability of picking a number less then 3 or greater then 10? a.) Mutually inexclusive or exclusive? b.) P(less than 3 or greater than 10) = _ / _

OKay so just count the amount of cards that are less than 3 and greater then ten. That is these numbers: 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14 So your probability is 6/14 now yoyo just have to simplify that to 3/7 and that's the answer to B
