A regular octagon has side length 10.9 in. The perimeter of the octagon is 87.2 in cm and the area is 392.4 in squared. A second octagon has side lengths equal to 21.8 in. Find the perimeter of the second octagon.

Octagon has eight sides right? Well If you have the length of one side to be 21.8, you would add 21.8 + 21.8 + 21.8 + 21.8 + 21.8 + 21.8 + 21.8+ 21.8. So that you get the perimeter which is the length of all the sides around the octagon. Therefore, since you have eight sides you would take one side and multiply by 8 to get the perimeter.(:
