I need help with calculus. I have number to the displacement is 24 going up but I cant figure out number 3 specifically how to find the height to figure out the total distance traveled. Please help questions are below.

Suppose u throw a stone vertically UP

it reaches a maximum point, and upto that point, the height keeps on increasing, right ?

yes, I just don't know how to get that point I have points 0 and 3 on the graph that make a parabola and the middle point is 1.5 but I don't know what to do from there

once it reaches the maximum point, it reverses its direction and falls back... and the height starts to decrease. So to find the distance travelled between 0<=t<=3, u need to find below and add :- 1) displacement between 0 and max point 2) displacement between max point and 3
