yes, I just don't know how to get that point I have points 0 and 3 on the graph that make a parabola and the middle point is 1.5 but I don't know what to do from there

once it reaches the maximum point, it reverses its direction and falls back... and the height starts to decrease. 

So to find the distance travelled between 0<=t<=3,  u need to find below and add :-
1) displacement between 0 and max point
2) displacement between max point and 3
