Add together the people who are taller than 180 cm and the people who are 175-180 cm. Then you divide that number by 250, and you get your answer. Let me know what you get.

I added together the totals of 180 cm and 175-180 cm which where 90+74=164. Divided that by 250 to end up with the answer of 0.656.
