so for both benzoic acid and sucrose (separately) find the change in temp \(\Delta T\). \(\Delta T=T_f-T_i\) which means to subtract the initial temperature, \(T_i\), from the final \(T_f\). For the moles use the molecular weight provided and the mass of each: \(moles=\dfrac{mass}{Molecular~mass}\) divide the mass by the molecular mass to find the moles.
