This is my assignment.......

Write a paragraph which explains the connection between the play and the song you have chosen. Are there similarities in any of the following?

Characters of each
Theme or main idea of each
Situation or conflict in each

Your paragraph should address any of these topics that apply. Use quotes from the play, and quotes from the song to support your writing. Be sure to include your own personal thoughts as well. Avoid just writing about the play and the song. I want to know what you think too!

The play and the song are similar in many ways. In both the play and the song someone is telling them not to be together but the get together anyways because they love eachother so much. And both in the song and the play they talked about running away with each other for their love.

Oh sry.... It is Romeo and Juliet and the song is She's in love with the boy

You can also add that in Romeo and Juliet and the song that the girls dad does not want them to be together. Also that she is so in love with him that she would leave everything for him.
