Read the question again. What is it asking? The test only detects diabetes it has nothing to do with whether you have diabetes.

The test itself has an 85% accuracy rate nd his family history has a rate of 0.6 of diabetes. So since he didnt take it yet then the answer would be 0.6 or 0.60 right?
