What is one negative effect that predators have on a prey population? A. Predator populations that increase allow for higher prey populations. B. The predator population will stay high in order to maintain a low prey population. C. Predator populations will stay consistent regardless of the prey population. D. The predator's behavior will cause the prey to behave differently to increase their population.
I would suggest B
It sounds the most correct
Glad to help
A
i think A is false
B sounds the best. With predators around, they will hunt more prey causing the preys population to go down. Unless the prey reproduces fast, the population would die down eventually causing them to go extinct and making the predator have to change its dietary needs. Hope that helps out any way possible. (And unless its a Shark, I dont think it will stay consistant) xD
