for A:The reason being is because the Romans built aqueducts and Incas I don't think did.
for B:Romans never really had canyons and nether did the Incas
for C:the Aztecs built floating gardens
for D: the Inca's built long roads up through the mountains where they lived, and the Romans are known for there stone roads.
