a. little drizzle.
the clouds aren't big and thick enough for heavy precipitation or a thunderstorm, and im not sure what exactly 'fair weather is' but if it means no rain, then its C, but if its a storm, it would be little drizzle.
my point being either A or C, whichever is less rain or no rain or no weather problems at all
