Please someone help me i will give medal and fan!!!!!!!

jagr2713 (jagr2713):

Figure ABCD is a rectangle with point A (-2, 5). What rule would rotate the figure 90° clockwise, and what coordinate would be the output for point A'? (x,y)→(y,-x); A' (5, 2) (x,y)→(y,x); A' (5, -2) (x,y)→(-y,x); A' (-5, -2) (x,y)→(-y,-x); A' (-5, 2)

i'm not the best at math but maybe this will help http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_rotate_a_figure_90_degrees_clockwise_about_origin

jagr2713 (jagr2713):

idk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To rotate 90 degrees aclockwise around the origin, you simply switch the co-ordinates and add a minus sign to the second one See: http://www.virtualnerd.com/algebra-1/relations-functions/transformations/coordinate-plane-transformations/rotate-90-degrees-about-origin

jagr2713 (jagr2713):

So its B?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A

jagr2713 (jagr2713):

Thx alot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd recommend that you watch the video, she explains very well
