Did you try looking at a map of Northern Eurasia? https://www.google.com/search?q=map+of+northern+eurasia

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

yes but i had trouble lokking for it. i was looking in an atlas

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

*looking

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

i had trouble trying to find where each one belonged to

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Well, the big country is Russia. This map seems pretty clear: http://www.unitedstatesofasia.org/logo/asia_map_l.gif

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

there isn't Russia in the word bank

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

there is a roman numeral that is I in Russia asking for landforms and bodies of water

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Yah, I was nocicing it is I and not 1. OK. Hmmm... It might be easier to search for the terms in the word bank and see what comes up.

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

i know that Roman numeral II is Barents Sea

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Well, where that is in Russia looks to be somewhere in Siberia. Ah ha! So look near the bottom of the list.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

I ended up using this for the land forms: http://www.worldatlas.com/webimage/countrys/asland.htm

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

i found E which is Tashkent

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

The country that is in is also a question.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Each one you get should make it easier. You can see what is close to it, and you eliminate it as a possibility. I mean, there are not two cities named Tashkent.

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

yea thats what i am trying to do but at some points i get lost and i get confused

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

The Centeral Siberian Planes are only in Siberia (central, upper Russia), so a few are easy that way.

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

I searched Don River on that atilas site, got this: http://www.worldatlas.com/webimage/countrys/euriv.htm If you identify the Black Sea on the left part of the map, you should be able to find it linked to that.

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

thanks i will try to do the rest on my own and thanks for all the information you gave me

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

np. At least it helped with some starting points and ideas. Best of luck and I think you will do fine now.

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

thanks and if you can please give me a medal :)

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

Oh, and there are 3 words you won't find. 18 word bank words. 15 questions.

OpenStudy (dannyrod2000):

thanks. it mentioned that i won't use all of the word bank
