the little one should be 6 and the 2nd biggest one should be 11 and on the biggest one should be 14

why not make your y scale go from 0 to 100

that will compress the bars to make them look like the same height in a way

or maybe start off with a value that's not 0

so that will make the bars shorter than what they are supposed to be
