There are 3 options, 4*10+3*2 =46 --> 10 -4legs and 2 -3legs 4*7 +3*4 =46 --> 7-4legs and 4-3legs 4*4 + 3*10 =46 --> 4-4legs and 10-3legs choose whatever you want
A. 8 B. 10 C. 12 D. 16
one more 4*1 + 3*14 =46 --> 1-4legs and 14 -3legs
