i think that "b" is some constant value. initially...we can write it as \[t \alpha \rho^V h ^W g ^X A1 ^ Y A2 ^ Z . \] where \[\alpha \] means 'is proportional to' therefore \[t =b \rho^V h ^W g ^X A1 ^ Y A2 ^ Z . \]
