i) PM a moderator asking him/her to suspend your account. Also mention a suitable reason for that. If that reason is good enough for mods to suspend you, then they will do that.

ii) Suspension is of 2 types :

-> PERMANENT
-> TEMPORARY

So, it is equally important for you to mention in the PM (to the moderator) that for how much time would you like your account to get suspended.

Spamming is not the *ONLY* way to get your account suspended. Like, if you want to stay away from OS for some reasons, then you can just mention this to any of the moderator.
