Well I think you have the capabilities to be pretty, I like your hair, but I can't really tell just from a picture. really though It shouldn't honestly matter if other people think you are pretty, what really matter is if you think you're pretty. if you are a good person and care about other people then that should make you pretty enough for anything and anybody

since you are 12 you haven't fully grown so that means that you haven't matured to you're fullest. When I was 12,,, well I look different then I did when I was 12 which was 5 years ago.
