You know what the Marshall Plan is it should be easy to figure out it's goals. *Make war-torn Europe prosperous again, boost economy, remove trade barriers, and modernize nations. In this the US hoped to persuade them into capitalism (you should now what that is by now) and away from communism (you should know why).
