Do you know the formula for finding the interior angles of a polygon?
A regular polygon has equal sides. Each side will make equal angle at the center. This polygon has 8 sides. Together the 8 sides will make 360 degrees at the center. How much will each angle be? For example, angle AOB = ?
I really have noooo idea.. Its just my LAST question=] =]
The formula is where n represents the number of sides of the polygon.. \[\frac{ (n-2)\times180 }{ n }\]
The question here does not ask for the interior or exterior angles of a polygon. The angle made by each side at the center = \(\Large \frac {360}{n}\). Here, n = 8. Angle AOB = \(\Large \frac {360}{8} = ?\)
You are correct..The cardinal sin of me not correctly reading the question.
