What is the area of a rectangle with a length of 6.8 cm and a width of 3.3 cm? cm2

OpenStudy (_michaeld22):

A = Bh, so it would be 6.8*3.3 = ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

34

OpenStudy (_michaeld22):

Nope. 22.44.

It would be easier to remember area as\[Area=Length \times Width\] rather than base times height, because it would be easy to mix up the formula for a rectangle and the formula for a rectangle.
