good question :)  Openstudy has some dedicated subject related to specific online courses.  I believe that subject is one of them.

I see , .but this takes a lot of space and is super -dead all the time , their are other's too

i dont think their existence is hampering OS performability.  but that call is up to the contracts made between OS and the subjects themselves.

Hippocampus is a site for free online courses that partnered with OpenStudy.  I saw some activity from their math courses.  I'll check History.  We do have some not very active courses - a legacy from the days when we used to work through free online courses.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
