How are the the skeletal system, muscular system, circulatory system and, the nervous system involved in cheerleading practice?
Can I have a brief description of how theyre all involved. It's for an assignment and I chose cheerleading. I can do it, and elaborate and explain, but a brief description would help me just cause I'm a bit confused on where to start. Some activities include stretching, excercise like jumping jacks, runs, and memorizing and acting out routines.
Skeletal system: structural support, you couldn't do jumping jacks, runs, and routines without it because you would be a lumpy blob on the floor. Also, it produces red blood cells which function in the circulatory system. Muscular system: you couldn't move without it, and thus the above exersizes wouldn't be possible. Circulatory system: provides oxygen to all of your cells so they can function Nervous system: lets you memorize your routines and your muscle memory (which is linked to you neurons) lets you build form and makes it easier to do the same routine several times.
