Which would be a good question to ask after reading the introductory paragraph? Have you ever been to an antique shop and seen a device that looked like binoculars, but with a wire stand mounted in front of the lenses? What you saw was probably a stereoscope. Most homes in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century had one. A. Where are some antique shops that carry stereoscopes? B. What kind of toy is a stereoscope, and how does it work? C. What does a stereoscope look like?

It's not C because it already explains what the stereoscope looks like. A is kind of irrelevant, so I would go with B because it seems the article (if it continued on) it would explain what a stereoscope is. So I would go with B.
