You could solve this using a similarity ratio. Here|dw:1401683121197:dw|\[\frac{ x }{ 85 }=\frac{ 6 }{ 10 }\]Cross multiply to solve for x. 10x = 85(6). 10x =510. x = 51. The flagpole is 51feet.
