so you just want to take each of the terms and factor them... so for the first one you would have 3 * x * x, can you do the others?
I've done almost all of the steps. I'm just stuck at (3x-4)(x+2)

Yeah, that is how you would do it and that would be the factored form
unless you have to find the x values once you have factored it
