What is the mistake in this series of calculations? Find the Volume of the Sphere with a diameter of 10 cm. (steps in image) http://i.imgur.com/eCB2FQj.png

OpenStudy (justin9529):

the formula to find the volume of a sphere is Volume = 4/3 *pr^3 p=pi r= radius d=2r since d= 10 r=5cm V=4/3* 3.14*5^3=523.5 sorry so from cm^3 to m^3 1m = 100cm 1m3 = 1m x 1 m x 1m so.. 1m x 1m x 1m = 100cm x 100cm x 100cm

which step?

OpenStudy (justin9529):

i think its A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you show me the step and then continue on from there ,wait A? So the whole thing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Preetha

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

It is in what he said. You are given d and use it for r. That is where the mistake is.
