The figure consists of 3 sides of a square which are 4 + 4 + 4 = 12 cm The "perimeter" of the semicircle is 2 * PI * r / 2 = PI * r = 3.14159265 * 2 = 6.2831853072 Adding this to the 12 cm equals 18.2831853072 = 18.28 rounded so the answer is B
