Describe the following biomes a. Temperate Grassland - b. Temperate Deciduous Forest - c. Chaparral - d. Tundra - e. Taiga -
Temperate grasslands -> are a division of a larger biome grouping of grasslands that includes tropical savannas. Both biome types are characterized by a dominance of grasses, yet temperate grasslands differ significantly from savannas.
The temperate deciduous forest -> is a biome that is always changing. It has four distinct seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall. Winters are cold and summers are warm. Temperate deciduous forests get between 30 and 60 inches of precipitation a year.
Chaparral -> Vegetation consisting chiefly of tangled shrubs and thorny bushes.

Tundra -> a vast, flat, treeless Arctic region of Europe, Asia, and North America in which the subsoil is permanently frozen.
Too late. Taiga -> The sometimes swampy coniferous forest of high northern latitudes, especially that between the tundra and steppes of Siberia and North America.
