There is a tremendous amount of PhotoShop tutorials available all over the internet. Wouldn't be very hard to find a tutorial for the basics. It's better to watch a tutorial video than to ask it here. It's kinda hard to explain it in text only. But if you do have a specific question about a function or tool, you can always ask them :)

You'd need to be a pro to pull that of... Not something for beginners.

It still looks a little amateuristic but it's not very hard this way.

Try Gimp you might find it easier to use rather than photoshop i've been using it for 5 years its good
