Yes. The first one is D because both lines are dotted so their sign cannot be greather than or equal to, or less than or equal to. Then you just need to look at where they cross the y-axis. This can be shown in the (y=mx+b) which is the same form it's written in except for the = The b is where the line crosses the y-axis. The same for the second question.
