how do you prove circles are similar?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

someone please help

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Circles are all similar. And I think that's is by definition. I always accept that as a fact.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

similarity usually involves side ratios ... like angles

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the 'sides' of a circle are the diameter and circumference, the angle is 360 degrees.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

other than that, youll simply have to use whatever the definition of similar is in your material.
