All the sides of an equilateral triangle are the same length. Let's take 53 for example. Since we know A^2+B^2=C^2, we have enough information to see if this length is accurate. So the hypotenuse, C=53. And A, is half, 26.5, Because it is the height cuts half of that one side. So 53^2-26.5^2= 2106.75. The sqrt of 2106.75 is 45.89, which will round to 46. So D is your answer. (Sorry I'm a bit bad at explaining)
