Equation Help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(\frac{ 7x ^{3} }{ 10y ^{2} })^{3}\]

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Here are a few rules that help: 1. When you raise a fraction to an exponent, raise the numerator and the denominator to that exponent. \(\large \left( \dfrac{a}{b} \right)^m = \dfrac{a^m}{b^m} \) 2. When you raise a product to an exponent, raise each factor of the product to that exponent. \( \large (ab)^m = a^mb^m\) For your problem apply the first rule first. What do you get?
