I can't understand the meaning of converse as in Converse of corresponding angles postulate or alternate interior angles converse.... Etc.

Corresponding Angles Postulate :
if lines are parallel, then the corresponding angles are congruent

`Converse` of Corresponding Angles Postulate :
if corresponding angles are congruent, then the lines are parallel

basically u just reverse the direction of ur conditional statement - so that the dependent and independent stuff gets swapped.
