"A men can do as he will but not will as he will".

What does he want to say, describe clearly.

I don't really know... maybe he means that men can do whatever they want, but they don't always want the right things?

what i believe hes trying to say is "you can do as you want but you cant make everything go or be the way you want because you don't have control over those things" i Hope this helps you im not to good in this subject either.
