No. Not all square roots of integers are irrational. Examples are square root of 4 is 2 square root of 9 is 3 etc.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A square root asks a question: What number multiplied by itself (eg.:3x3 or 10x10) is equal to the number under the square root symbol. However, no number multiplied by itself which will be negative. Try it with a calculator. -2 x -2 is 4. So if the number under the square root symbol is negative, it is irrational.
