Okay so I was given the question: During the process of RNA transcription, which of the following steps is not included?

But the answers they gave me to choose from are

Initiation
Elongation
Termination

But I'm pretty sure that all 3 of those are use in RNA transcription. Am I wrong? If not, what would be the best answer to give even though they are all correct?
