Do you know how to calculate the area of a square?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no I do not

OpenStudy (owlcoffee):

The area of the square is calculated by the following formula: \[A _{Sq}=(l ^{2})\] "l" is one of the sides of the square and the units are squares. To solve the problem you have to find the area of one square, since each one of them are exactly the same. and multiply the area of one by the number of squared you have in the figure.
