\((y-y_1)=m(x-x_1)\) where \(y_1, x_1\) is any point on the graph while m is the slope finding the slope using the slope formula \(m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\) so first thing you have to do is find points on the graph and plugging them into the equations. Tell me what you got and I'll check it later :)
