If a person has memory B cells against a certain pathogen, what does that mean?

I think the answer is that the cells have memory of that pathogen so they know how to fight against it??? idk

um i think it means tht pathogens have attacted the person before so the spetial antigens are already there so they attacth to the pathogen and the wbc comes and kills the problem :'
