Recently i tried to log into my openstudy account i found this screen which i think has nothing to do with me. Can anybody tell me what was that ?

It's not a glitch, it's a template. Every feature in OS has a template, a message, a notification, a testimonial, a chat message, a question, etc... This template is replaced by the actual content when the page loads. When the page doesn't load fast enough, it'll show the template in a crappy page layout (since the CSS styles of the page aren't loaded either).
Just refresh the page and it will probably work correctly again :)
