A. World's oldest functioning written Constitution. 

Definitely not C since it wasn't replaced.
Pretty sure the French Constitution was written after the US
And it wasn't written until 1787, so it shouldn't be D.

A is the only one that makes sense to me, and google seems to agree. :) Hope this helps
