Which correctly gives the location of the point (0, –23)? A. x-axis B. y-axis C. Quadrant III D. Quadrant IV

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its going to be on the y-axis. Can you explain why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cause it would be the best to find out ?

OpenStudy (somy):

that's because coordinate for x is 0 and for y is -23 as it is said for x the coordinate is 0 that's why location is on y-axes

@Somy Explain how bias in the survey might have affected the results. A survey of residents in a wealthy part of town asks whether the government should provide more low-income housing for the town’s residents. A. The question in the survey is biased against government help for low-income residents. B. The question in the survey is biased against wealthy residents. C. Surveying only residents in a wealthy part of town means the sampling was not random and must be biased. D. Surveying only residents in a wealthy part of town gives a sample that is not representative of the entire town. can u help on this one =D
